Help build one of Finland’s most exciting growth stories in hospitality

Halo Igloos is a Finnish premium hospitality company founded in 2025. We expect our revenue to exceed 8M€ in the current financial year. We operate two resorts in Rovaniemi and will open new destinations in Hailuoto and Lapland in 2027.

We are now looking for a CFO to take overall responsibility for finance and administration and help shape our next stage of growth.

The CEO’s key partner

As CFO, you will work closely with the CEO as a trusted partner and a member of the management team. You will contribute actively to business development, investment planning and strategic decision-making.

Based at our head office in Keilaniemi, Espoo, you will have broad responsibility and a direct influence on how we build and manage the company.

What you will do

• Lead finance: take responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, profitability analysis and management reporting.

• Support growth and investment: lead financial planning, investment analysis and financing for our resort projects.

• Build effective administration: develop the processes, systems and operating practices needed to support growth.

• Develop HR practices: build an appropriate HR framework together with operational management.

Who we are looking for

You are an analytical and entrepreneurial finance professional with strong business understanding and the confidence to take ownership. You work independently, turn plans into action and bring your own perspective to discussions. You are comfortable challenging assumptions and explaining your reasoning.

We value experience in financial leadership, financing, and developing processes and systems. You may already be an experienced CFO, or a Head of Finance, Finance Director or another accomplished finance professional ready for broader responsibility.
