About Halo Igloos
Halo Igloos is a premium resort in Rovaniemi, combining modern Nordic design, private wellness (sauna & jacuzzi) and authentic Arctic nature. We create high-end, immersive experiences for international guests looking to connect with Lapland in a unique and meaningful way.
We are now looking for service-minded Restaurant Servers to join our team for the winter season 2026–2027.
About the Role
As a Restaurant Server at Halo Igloos, you are part of delivering a high-quality dining experience for our guests.
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team in daily operations
Provide warm, attentive and professional service
Contribute to a restaurant focused on Scandinavian and international cuisine
Be part of a team where service is a key element of the overall guest experience
Breakfast is always served as a buffet, while dinner is offered either as a buffet or à la carte depending on the concept.
What You Will Do
Serve guests during breakfast and dinner services
Ensure a smooth and high-quality dining experience
Set up and maintain the restaurant area
Present menus, take orders and deliver food and beverages
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
Respond to guest requests in a professional and friendly manner
Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service
What We Expect
Previous experience in restaurant service or customer service
Strong service mindset and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
Positive, professional and team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
What We Offer
Salary starting from 14,00-15,00€/hour + supplements (based on experience)
