We are now looking for a skilled Pool Technician to join our team for the winter season 2026–2027.
About the Role
As a Pool Technician, you are responsible for ensuring that all jacuzzis within the igloos are maintained according to the schedule.
You play a key role in the guest experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and water quality. This role combines technical expertise with attention to detail in a premium environment.
What You Will Do
Maintain and monitor all jacuzzis and water systems at the resort
Ensure proper water chemistry (pH, chlorine levels, etc.)
Perform regular cleaning, testing and quality checks
Handle basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
Respond quickly to technical issues when needed
Support other maintenance tasks when required
What We Expect
Previous experience in pool maintenance or similar technical role
Good understanding of water chemistry and hygiene standards
Valid Vesityökortti (Finnish water hygiene certificate)
Technical mindset and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and responsibly
Basic English skills (for communication with team)
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
