We are looking for an experienced and motivated Activity Manager to lead and develop the activity operations at Halo Igloos in Rovaniemi.

In this role, you will take ownership of daily activity operations, lead and develop the team, and play a key role in creating high-quality, memorable experiences for our international guests. The position offers a broad scope of responsibility and the opportunity to develop activity concepts, products and service quality together with the management team.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of all activities

• Plan staffing and resource allocation for the activity team

• Manage activity bookings and coordination in collaboration with sales and front office

• Develop and price activity products together with sales and management

• Ensure high service quality and continuously develop operational processes

• Plan and manage onboarding and training of activity staff

• Plan and manage staff schedules for the activity team

• Develop seasonal activity offerings

• Create and develop new activity concepts and products

• Ensure a high level of customer experience and continuous improvement

What we are looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within tourism or activity services

• Experience in staff planning and operational management

• Experience in product development and pricing

• Ability to commute to Vikajärvi (Rovaniemi area)

• Fluent Finnish and English; additional languages are considered an advantage

• Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills

• Structured and proactive working approach
